That is why I listen first.
Before we talk pricing, strategy, neighborhoods, or next steps, I want to understand what actually matters to you. Your timeline, your concerns, your goals, and what a successful move looks like to you.
Every part of the Valley has its own rhythm, its own vibe, and its own market. My job is to help you understand the numbers, the details, and the story behind them so you can move forward with confidence.

I price with evidence
I hold a national pricing certification, which is a fancy way of saying I price homes with data, comparable sales, market conditions, and real buyer behavior, not gut feeling.
You get me, start to finish
No being passed around a team, no call center, and no disappearing act after the contract is signed. When you call or text, you reach me.
Off the clock
Hockey, hiking, golf, and a camera nearby.
When I’m not working, there’s a good chance I’m around a hockey rink. Coaching hockey is one of my biggest passions, partly because I love the game and partly because apparently I enjoy standing in freezing cold buildings after choosing to live in the desert.
I’m also usually up for hiking, photography, aviation, golf, or a good local market conversation that starts with “quick question” and somehow turns into a full breakdown.
